Testboy developed the TV 900 measuring adapter to be able to test the type 2 charging stations standardized in Europe. The TV 900 takes over and simulates the communication with the charging station and the electric vehicle. An installation tester or multimeter can be connected via the 4mm connector. In this way, a test can be performed with a VDE0100 tester, such as the Testboy TV455 device. Built-in LEDs indicate if and how many phases are present. One of the three phases can be connected to the built-in Schuko socket. This allows each phase to be tested separately.
