These " Terms and Conditions " regulate the relationship between Solis Luxury Group Ltd. on the one hand and each user of the electronic (Internet) site solislux.eu and its services. By using this site, the consumer agrees to comply with these "Terms and Conditions".

Delivery

All products can be delivered to any place in Bulgaria or the EU. The delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. In case of unexpected circumstances or out of stock the website reserves the right to extend the deadline for delivery. Shipments can be delivered to the specified user address or office of a delivery company. Delivery may be obtained by the person who ordered it or by authorized person. If the order cannot be delivered at the first visit of the courier, the second visit takes place after contacting the customer. At the second visit, the client does not have to pay any additional fee for delivery.

Make sure to open the package in front of the courier or at the office, otherwise the insurance will be voided.
In case of any damage the product will be replaced or the money will be refunded.
Payment Methods
All payments should be in Bulgarian currency or euros.
Payment can be made in several ways: by credit or debit card (when finalizing the order), through PayPal and Epay or on delivery (COD). A customer can pay on delivery to the courier /applicable only for Bulgaria/. All orders are shipped with the option "open before you pay". In this way, we prevent the payment of goods which are not actually viewed by the customer. Once the goods are checked, a buyer has the right to refuse (but to pay the courier service) or keeps it.
Order
After completing your order within 24 hours we will contact you to confirm clarify the details, deadlines, payment method and delivery. The contact with the client can be done only during working hours. For orders made on weekends and official holidays, we will contact you on the first day after it.
Price of the order
The final price of the order is calculated as the sum of the prices of all ordered products. All prices are with VAT included. Solislux.eu has the right to change the prices anytime on the site. If there are any technical errors in publishing prices, Solis Luxury Group Ltd. has the right to cancel the order and does not owe compensation to the customer. If the order is pre-paid Solis Luxury Group Ltd. is obliged to return the total paid amount.
Warranty
All products offered by solislux.eu are provided with a warranty. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects of the products. All other defects caused by misuse, damage, or other external deterioration are not covered by the warranty. Warranty terms and conditions are complied with the regulations and requirements of the Consumer Protection Act (Law on consumer protection). When the products are not damaged by impact or other types of interference, the company will repair or replace with new ones.If the goods are different from those in the order, the company will replace the products with the correct ones.
Cancelation
The customer has the right to return the purchased items within 14 days of the delivery day. For this purpose, the goods must be in original packaging, without any traces of usage or damage. The products should be returned to the company address and must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, invoice). After checking the goods in 40 days we will refund the paid amount to the buyer or in 20 days we will return the product.
If the customer returns goods without following terms and conditions,solislux.eu has the right to refuse the cancelation and the buyer should pay all the delivery costs.
The entire amount is refunded for goods in stock in Bulgaria. For goods, which are ordered for individual customers and are above 300 BGN, a deposit of 50% is paid via a bank transfer.
In case the customer cancels his order or decides to return it within 14 days, this prepaid amount is NOT refundable.
