MIC baling presses - intended for use by hotels, restaurants, malls, hypermarkets, hospitals, ships and others (where a large amount of waste is generated). They are distinguished by functionality, compactness and high performance. They serve for the separate collection and utilization of solid household waste. They reduce their volume many times, turning them into bales of secondary raw materials, suitable for delivery to the relevant points. Garbage collection costs are reduced.
Mainly intended for baling paper and plastic packaging, textiles, metal boxes. Depending on the model, the effort is from 20 to 500 KN. The size of the bales is consistent with the size of a Euro-pallet, with four bales arranged in one row. This allows mechanized loading and unloading. We offer presses with one, two and four baskets and with rotating baskets. In the case of presses with 4 baskets, the fourth basket can be made with a double bottom, which allows the baling of food waste. The separated liquids are taken to a special container and after chemical treatment they are sent to the sewer. In this way, waste disposed in a container is reduced to a minimum.
